Amazing what an extra 3.6m can do.  This 1930's house was in a sad condition when our client bought it, and refurbished the whole house, including this ground floor extension with bi-fold doors to the garden.  The spacious new room brings kitchen, dining and living spaces together, whilst tucking away a discrete utility room.
