A 4m double-storey side extension to this Victorian farm building in Altrincham.  A much-needed dining room and expansive living room is being added to this heritage home, with a double-height volume over the dining space, and a tucked away study space on the mezzanine.

The first floor incorporates a split level approach to allow the new mezzanine to be contained within a lower pitched-roof, with an expansive picture window to the countryside beyond.
